About Us
Our boutique was established in 2018 with the ethos of selling beautiful, designer dresses at affordable prices. We wanted to create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere for our customers, including a wonderful range of gowns to suit all shapes, sizes & budgets without the pushy sales!

Our 1:1 appointments allow for our professional expertise in helping you find the perfect dress, without feeling rushed or crammed in with lots of other customers
You will be welcomed by Lisa, Ria or our lovely seamstress, Anna who are all extremely knowledgeable in our products and services, so you'll have your very own personal assistant! Our friendly, family run business will ensure you have a fun and relaxed dress shopping experience, along with offering outstanding customer service
Our 'on site' seamstress means you don't need to search for a separate alterations service (should you need it) as we prefer keeping everything 'in house', making your life easier whilst also providing a more professional and personal touch!

Opening Hours
We're by 'Appointment Only' meaning you will need to book an appointment, however our normal opening hours are:-

MON - Closed
TUE-FRI - 10am-8pm
SAT - 10am-5pm
SUN - 10am-4pm

FAQ'S
What's your price range?
'Off the peg' from £75-£300 with 'To Order' from £180-£600. Our average price is £300 - it really just depends on what style you are after!

Do you rent dresses?
We do not currently rent dresses, only sell
What sizes do you stock?
0-30 in various styles, but we will also professionally measure you and order in your correct size

Can we just turn up without booking?
Our 1:1 personal appointments means you will need to prebook to ensure we have availability
Do you charge for appointments?
No, we don't charge, however require you to call us ASAP to cancel/reschedule your appointment​ if you cannot attend for any reason. Our time slots are much sought after, so we can offer any availability to others on our waiting list, plus our time is precious as a small business!
How many people can we bring along to our appointment?
You can bring along as many as you like, however too many opinions can be very confusing and not as helpful as you may think!
Can we book double appointments with our friends?
Yes, we will block out additional time for more than one person looking for a dress
My daughter is apprehensive about dress shopping/her size/scarring/suffers with anxiety etc, will she be ok?
We guarantee a calming, relaxed shopping experience with no pressure. Our staff are very well equipped to deal with all clients and our customer service is paramount. If you mention any issues you're worried about ahead of your appointment, we'll know whether to extend the time required or move you to the end of the day so as not to be interrupted by our next arriving customer
Do you have disabled access?
Yes we do. Blue badge holders can also park directly outside of our shop
Do you have parking facilities?
There are a number of nearby car parks and off street parking available
Do you offer exclusivity?
Yes, we promise to not sell the same dress to the same school, even in a different colour​
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, you can choose to pay an initial low deposit of £100 (or 50%), then in monthly instalments (if preferred), with the balance due on first fitting

How long does it take for ordered gowns to arrive?
Every dress is different. Some gowns may already be in stock ready for quick turnaround for urgent wear dates, others may be weeks or months. We take all wear dates so our dress designers are aware of the time scale they are working to
If the dress needs altering, what do we do?
Most gowns need a seamstress as dresses are made standard length (you can take off but can't add on!). Once your gown arrives we'll contact you to book you back in for a fitting with your chosen shoes, as the height will determine whether you need it shortening or not. If you do, our 'In House' seamstress will provide you with a quote to alter. You do not have to use our recommended seamstress, but the facility is offered here in store. Any alterations are at an additional cost, but our professional services are all reasonably priced
